Richter
Real Name: Hunter Evans
Subject, like the rest of the Augmented individuals, has been exposed to the Mist, and like subject’s twin, Richter has seismic related powers. He can amplify the earthquakes and vibrations in objects his brother generates. He can also create an army of rock warriors to do his bidding.
Weakness(es):
Radiation- Subject is highly vulnerable to gamma, nuclear, and atomic radiation. It is so strong it will put him into a coma for an indefinite amount of time.
Humanity- without his brother, and if there are no rocks present for him to control, he is essentially powerless and highly vulnerable.
Powers/Abilities:
Earthquake and vibration amplification- Richter can amplify or decrease the force and powers of the earthquakes and vibrations created by his brother.
Rock control and army- Subject can have rocks do his bidding and can create an army of rock warriors to do his bidding.
Seismo- Richter can merge with his brother to form a higher being referred to as Seismo, which has all the powers of the twins combined. When part of Seismo, the twins are without either of their weaknesses, being completely invincible, unless they accidentally unfuse.
